I. General Terms of Service

1. Definitions

  • Agency / We / Our: Refers to Migrate to Teach, a licensed recruitment agency
  • Website: Refers to the Migrate to Teach online platform and all associated digital services.
  • Candidate: Any individual registering with the Agency to seek employment opportunities.
  • Employer / Client: Any organization engaging the Agency to recruit or place Candidates.
  • Services: All recruitment, placement, advisory, and related online/offline services provided by the Agency.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website—including text, graphics, images, logos, and software—is the exclusive property of the Agency or its licensors. It is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any Website content without prior written consent from the Agency.

3. Limitation of Liability

The Agency provides all Services and Website content on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to maintain accuracy and service quality, the Agency:

  • Makes no guarantees regarding placement outcomes, job suitability, or employer selection.
  • Shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use—or inability to use—our Website or Services.

    Your use of our Services is at your own discretion and risk.

II. Terms Specific to Candidates

1. Candidate Registration and Vetting

a. Accuracy of Information

Candidates must ensure that all information and documents submitted—including academic certificates, experience letters, identification documents, and CVs—are accurate, complete, and authentic.
Any falsification or misrepresentation may result in:

  • Immediate termination of engagement
  • Removal from the recruitment process
  • Possible reporting to relevant authorities
b. Document Verification

By registering with the Agency, the Candidate authorizes the Agency to verify all submitted documents. This may include contacting:

  • Academic institutions
  • Previous employers
  • Government bodies and verification authorities

Such checks will be conducted in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.

c. Job Offers and Employment Contracts

Any job offer made to a Candidate is strictly between the Employer and the Candidate.
The Agency acts solely as an intermediary and is not a party to the employment contract.

  • Employment contracts must:
  • Comply with the labor laws of the hiring country
  • Be provided in writing
    Preferably be issued in both English and the official language of the hiring country

The Candidate is responsible for reading, understanding, and agreeing to the terms of their employment contract.

III. Terms Specific to Employers (Clients)

1. Client Warranties

The Employer warrants that:

  • They are a legally registered entity in their country of operation.
  • All job postings, descriptions, and employment conditions comply with applicable labor laws, including requirements related to

    minimum wages, working hours, paid leave and public holidays, end-of-service benefits and any other statutory entitlements.

The Employer is solely responsible for ensuring all employment terms are lawful and transparent.

2. Recruitment Fees

a. Fee Structure

All recruitment and placement fees payable to the Agency will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement signed between the Employer and the Agency.

b. Guarantee Period

Any guarantee terms—such as Candidate replacement or partial refund—will be explicitly detailed in the Service Agreement. These terms may differ depending on the role, industry, or Employer requirements.

c. Indemnity

The Employer agrees to indemnify and hold the Agency harmless against any:

  • Claims
  • Damages
  • Liabilities
  • Fines

arising from:

  • The Employer’s non-compliance with labor laws
  • Breach of contract with the Candidate
  • Misrepresentation or failure to fulfill employment obligations

IV. Modifications to Terms

The Agency reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on the Website, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

V. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

1. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Agency’s registered country.

2. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Agency’s registered country.
