Elementary & High School Teacher

Deliver engaging, goal-oriented instruction while nurturing individual talents. Collaborate with parents and the school community to support holistic development.
Key Responsibilities
Instructional Excellence
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning.
- Develop schemes of work, lesson plans, and tests in accordance with established procedures.
- Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment.
- Observe and evaluate student performance and development to adjust teaching strategies.
- Identify special talent in students and encourage participation in inter-school competitions to
achieve top rankings.
Administration & Student Progress
- Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development in the student information system.
- Maintain classroom discipline in accordance with school rules and disciplinary systems.
- Achieve yearly subject-wise goals and help each student reach individual learning targets.
- Submit all reports as required by the school administration.
Communication & Community Engagement
- Build a strong rapport with parents and provide support to both students and families.
- Participate in department, school, and parent meetings.
- Act as an ambassador in promoting the school and its mission.
- Participate in extracurricular activities, including social, sporting, and student organisations.
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).
- Must hold a valid Teaching License.
- Strong instructional strategies and the ability to work collaboratively with other teachers.
- Ability to understand and comply with all school policies and procedures.
